CA Pulkit Goyal, Partner and Founder of the firm is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) having experience in the profession of Chartered Accountancy and thorough understanding of the corporate as well as non-corporate entities taxation system.

Experience in FEMA/Transfer Pricing and Valuation of Business Assets. His core area of practice is foreign company taxation which has given him an edge in analytical thinking & executing assignments with a unique perspective. He has 11 years of experience.

She also has strong analytical & organizational abilities with adeptness in formulating accounting systems and preparing accounting records/financial statements.

CA Tanu Somani has experience in the field of Accounting, Auditing and Taxation including Preparation of Financials, Tax Audit, Filing of IT Returns and other statutory filings for Individuals and Companies, Preparation of CA Certificates, Attending Scrutiny Assessments and Filing of Annual return for LLP.

CA Rohit Goyal has an experience in multiple spheres including general functions in the field of Auditing, Accounting and handling Scrutiny Assessments, Taxation Matters along with the specialized functions including Finance, Banking and also handles the field of Stock Audit, Internal Audit and other Various Assignments of Banks.

CA Vimal Kumar Sharma has expertise is in the field of Accounting, Budgeting, Management Reporting, Statutory Reporting, Regulatory Compliance, Working Capital Management, Taxation, Statutory and Tax Audit and posses experience of almost 5 years.

CA Rishabh Maheshwari is an associate Chartered Accountant having expertise in conducting statutory and internal audits of large clients. He has also done a certified course on Concurrent audit of banks. He is responsible for coordination, planning, team leadership in connection with Audits and GST of Private and Public Companies with an experience of almost 3 years.
