So, <\/span><b>ROC Filing date<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for AOC-4 in case of OPC is 27<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> September of the F.Y.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The companies on which cost audit is applicable need to file CRA-2 that is form for appointment of Cost Auditor up to 28<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> September of the Financial Year. The CRA-2 due date is 180 days from 1<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">st<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> April or 30 days from Board Meeting whichever is earlier.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The CRA-3 also need to be submitted that is submission of Report by the cost auditor of the company must be done by 28 September 2023. The cost audit report needs to be submitted by cost auditor within 180 days from end of Financial Year, so <\/span><b>ROC filing last date<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for the cost audit report IS 28<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TH<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> September of the F.Y\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All the DIN Holders must submit <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cagmc.com\/file-dir-3-kyc-form\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DIR-3 KYC<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Web\/Form)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Form till 30<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> September of the financial year, which is KYC of person holding DIN as on March 31<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">st<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"due\"><b>ROC Filing Due Dates for October<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The below mentioned filing need to be done in month of October of the financial year<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cagmc.com\/one-person-company\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One Person Company<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> need to file ADT-1 for appointment of auditor by 11<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of October of the Financial Year. The company\u2019s other than One person Company need to file ADT-1 on appointment of Auditor by 14<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of October of the Financial Year.
