Employees with a monthly wage of up to Rs. 21,000 are covered under the scheme.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Nature of Work:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The said Act, applies to certain categories of establishments engaged in specific industries or businesses.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Geographical Location:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The said Act&#8217;s applicability is location-specific.
