CBDT has notified form 26QC filling return, which is PAN based under this section. Form 26QC has to be submitted along with challans within 30 days from the end of month in which TDS has been deducted.<\/li>\n<li>Form No. 16C is the certificate of deduction of tax &amp; it has to be submitted to the payee within fifteen days from the due date for furnishing the challan-cum-statement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"comply\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-15725 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cagmc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Screenshot-227.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1018\" height=\"670\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cagmc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Screenshot-227.png 1018w, https:\/\/www.cagmc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Screenshot-227-300x197.png 300w, https:\/\/www.cagmc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Screenshot-227-768x505.png 768w, https:\/\/www.cagmc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Screenshot-227-615x405.png 615w, https:\/\/www.cagmc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Screenshot-227-400x263.png 400w, https:\/\/www.cagmc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Screenshot-227-292x192.png 292w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1018px) 100vw, 1018px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>What if you do not comply with provisions of sec 194 IB?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>If you do not comply with the provisions of sec 194 IB then there are several existing and newly inserted penalties against non- compliance.
